         <description><![CDATA[<p>Well done, Hayley, on completing your Level 2 practical observation. You have met the assessment criteria. What’s particularly nice to see is your confidence when instructing exercises. It’s clear that you are well-practised; you come across very well—clear and articulate. You’re consistently following the basics of the instructor framework, which allows for effective communication.</p><p>You demonstrate a strong understanding of the exercises and exercise technique, and you show excellent duty of care for your client. The only thing I encourage you to consider as you move forward into Level Three is adopting the “less is more” concept when demonstrating. Try to reduce how much you explain about the movement; let your demonstration speak for itself, and then reinforce it with a couple of key teaching points during the client’s performance.</p><p>You cue your client into position very effectively, which is absolutely essential. Also, continue to work on developing your vocabulary and range of coaching cues—this will make your instruction even more impactful.</p><p>Overall, this was a really good performance. Well done!</p>]]></description>
