A big shoutout to XXX. I would like to mention a certain occasion in 2021 that I was so thankful to have such a great buddy whom I can count on. It was during our 10.10 campaign and I was burning the midnight oil every night for 2 weeks straight, albeit still far from hitting the deadlines. Feeling discouraged, she had supper delivered to  me every night up until campaign day and I felt really supported. That kept me driven, knowing that my teammate will always have my back.

He has been an incredible team lead and always been very approachable in guiding our growing team. It was impressive to see how Suyash planned the workstream when he was going on paternity leave and the first time being away for a long period, but he efficiently delegated the deliverables and ongoing discussions with various stakeholders. Each team member took on responsibilities to oversee different parts of the workstream ensuring smooth delivery and this was a great opportunity where we displayed strong team spirit! 🧑‍🤝‍🧑+🧑‍🤝‍🧑=🧡

I can see his professionalism as he is always on standby whenever on leave to address urgent issues and avoid any bottlenecks given our team's operational nature in running substantial number of campaigns across all regional markets.

Being an active listener, Suyash welcomes feedback and suggestions, and catches up one-on-one with each of our team members weekly. I remember when I mentioned I felt a little burned out at one time and Suyash encouraged me to take a break to relax and shared advice to manage stress at work. Thanks Suyash for always providing guidance and advice since D1 when I joined Shopee! Grateful to have an awesome captain leading a great team!

The above adjective perfectly captures how I see Abi. So, here's a shoutout to Abi for one of the strongest pillar of support I have in Shopee.

I remember when I was new to the team, you were always there to provide guidance and advice on how I could better tackle the stress and challenges I faced. Despite your extremely busy schedule, you always find the team to lend a listening ear. So here's me expressing my heartfelt gratitude for you have taught me so much in such a short time and for always being there without hesitation. :)

I chose the GIF of an eevee for this post as we both LOVE pokemon and just like eevee, I see endless potentials for you (since eevee has the highest number of evolution possibilities -8!) . Keep spreading your kindness and knowledge; I know you are meant for great things in live!
