         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is recommended that for healthy adults, roughly 20 to 35% of your daily caloric intake should come from fats. Most health organisations suggest keeping saturated fats as less than 10% of your daily caloric intake.<br><br>For example, for a diet of 2000 calories, no more then 200 should come from saturated fats. As there are 9 calories in a gram of fat, maximum 22g of saturated fats should be consumed daily. These saturated fats are found in desserts, snacks, and baked goods - and smaller amounts are in meat and dairy.</div>]]></description>
