The people in this video faces many strains such as debt, foster care and destitution. The people in this video faced was destitution. This was a big problem because they weren't able to pay for college. They prevail over this by working very hard in high school and to get a scholarship. Another problem they faced was debt. In the video it shows that the dad co sighed his daughter loans. But the daughter ran away and his father had to pay all the debts. They overcame this by financial aid and scholarship. They were told they couldn't make it. By coming from a low income area and where high school diplomas were all that you needed. They overcame this by working hard in high school and getting a scholarship and going to college. This is how they overcame these difficulties.

The men in this video faced problems with poverty, this was a huge problem because, they wouldn't be able to pay for college. They overcame this by, working hard in high school to get a scholarship for college so their family wouldn't have to pay. Similar to the poverty problem, the men faced debt problems as well. For example, one of the men in the video had a father who co signed his daughter's loans. The daughter ran away leaving, his father with tons of debt. Because of this, instead of getting help from his father, the man had no help for paying with college. The man overcame this problem by getting scholarships and financial aid. The men also faced difficulties by being told they could not make it. In addition, by most of the men being from a low income area where high school diplomas were all you needed, the men were challenged. They overcame this by trying to prove those people wrong. The men worked hard in high school with some of them even achieving becoming valedictorian or salutatorian. Furthermore, one of the men faced a problem with death; with one of his classmates dying he was not able to focus in class and his grades suffered. This man overcame this by, making sure to work hard so that even if something he happened he knew he tried his best before. In conclusion, the men overcame many difficulties that they faced such as, poverty, debt, and being told they could not make it to college.

The students in the video faced many different difficulties. Some of the difficulties that the students faced were poverty, loss of family members, debt, and bad background. These issues were obstacles that the students had to overcome. The students had to work really hard to overcome these obstacles and reach college/higher education. One of the students had to face loss of family member because his sister left their family and left them with a huge debt. So the student made a goal for themselves to go to college and pay his family’s debt.

The men in the video faced many problems which no one expects to face in today's world. The problems were mostly about race , debt, poverty, foster care, death e.t.c. Or the environment around them was not that encouraging or the people did not support them going to college. A college is an educational institution or a constituent part of one. A college may be a degree-awarding tertiary educational institution, a part of a collegiate or federal university, an institution offering vocational education or a secondary school. A college now is a place which should be open to everyone , it always should, but people back then didn't think about it that much, they didn't think about equal rights. Back then just white "men" were allowed to attend college. These men faced problems but they never gave up and always kept trying, and by doing that they crossed all the borders. They're parents also struggled with debt and poverty. In the video it showed one of the African American boys he suffered poverty and wasn't always able to pay for college, but overcame that difficulty by getting a scholarship.Another went through foster care. The boy's parent who was in debt made it hard for him to invest in his son's education which also made him work hard for a 4 year scholarship.

Some of these men overcame this issue by working very hard in high school and trying to gain scholarship money to help themselves for college when no one else could help them, even their own parents. Debt was also a very big issue for these men. For example one of these men had to face is dad struggle when his sister had ran away with a great amount of loan money that still had to be payed off. Instead of his dad investing his money towards his son in college, he had to invest his money in paying back his loans that he picked off for his daughter. In the video there were 4 African American males that come from different walks of life. For example one person didn’t have a good 4 years on the fifth year he changed though. Another person his sister ran away from home with out say why she did leaving their dad in Debt . That inspired the to change so his family can make sure to stay save and never worry a thing. The men in the video had very hard and complicated problems. They were faced with many tragedies. One of them were money. Money, in my opinion, is definitely a major source that a person needs to survive in life. They struggled in that aspect which made it hard to succeed in their early years of school. When they realized they wanted to succeed , they decided to work hard and thought about their future. And with that, they got scholarships which helped them overcome their difficult situations.

Challenges such as poverty, and debt and more.One of the issues the teen faced was poverty, any colleges requires a lot of money for tuition, books, dorms which none of the men had and they overcame this by working hard in high schools to get good grades and earning scholar ships and financial aid to help pay for the college and its needs. Dept was a huge issue for the men because one of the mens sister had loaned huge amount of money and she was not able to pay it off and ran away which left the parents responsible to pay it off so when it came for him to go to college his dad could not help him pay for college.The men overcame this challenge by working hard in school to earn scholar ships and applied for financial aid and with this got a full ride to college for free.Thats some of the challenges the men had and how they over came it.

Some men were very poor and couldn’t get into a college and so what they did was the got full fanatical aid and didn’t have to pay for anything. One of them had a sister who took out a lot of loans, used it all up, and he father had to pay all of it and it was way too much and wasn’t able to finish paying it all.
