I have the feeling that either a GP is inherent to the activity of a team, in which case there's not much effort to be made, or in other situations it's quite complicated to implement. Perhaps what's missing is some indication of what it means in concrete terms for a team in its day-to-day life.

We have a lot to do, if we dont make it area of work and dedicated action it would be not sufficient.

The M&E team is trying to get data and share data, but sometimes teams have to do so many things so its not easy - it can be overwhelming for the teams.

We need to maybe map and plan how this needs to be implemented in the life of the teams

The items we recognise as Guiding Principles are more akin to what global organisations see as culture. Thinking about how we embed culture (learning from many global organisations) in how we work at the beginning of the triennium could be a way of driving the guiding principles without resorting to processes to check how we work

What these GPs entail must be a global issue that is not left to individual teams to decide. It's binding on everyone, and prevents significant discrepancies.
