-Being able to mint coins helped them have a currency, and a more organized form of compensation.

-Having the ability to solve conflicts was very helpful for state on state conflicts.

-Them being able to ask for money and funds from states benefited them in situations when the states funded projects, debts, etc.

All these together would conflict with each other, causing The United States of America to not have funds or an organized system of government in their new country.
