วิเคราะห์ SWOT        โรงเรียนบ้านลำแดง 

 

       โรงเรียนบ้านลำแดง  ตั้งเมื่อ พ.ศ.๒๔๘๒ โดยนายสุวิช  ทรัพย์ศรี นายอำเภอในสมัยนั้น โดยใช้โรงนาของนางเมี่ยง คงสมพรต เป็นอาคารเรียนชั่วคราว มีนายป่วน กล่อมวิญญา เป็นครูใหญ่

 

1.มีโครงสร้างการบริหารงานที่ชัดเจนคือ แบ่งโครงสร้างการบริหารงานเป็น4 ด้านยึดหลักการบริหารแบบ PDCA ซึ่งมีการตรวจสอบได้

2.มีนโยบายการบริหารงานที่ชัดเจน ง่ายต่อการปฏิบัติ

1.การดำเนินงานตามนโยบายบางเรื่องยังไม่เป็นไปตามที่คาดหวัง ได้แก่ ผลการสอบระดับชาติ O-net

 

1.นักเรียนมีความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นตามหลักสูตร

2.นักเรียนมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และค่านิยมอันพึงประสงค์

ผลการสอบระดับชาติ O-net ของโรงเรียนยังต่ำกว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับประเทศ
