•Objective is to pull the person down from the top and get the pole on a 45 degree angle

If the ball crosses the line around the pitch, the ball is given to the opposition.

Hold the racket with your strongest hand, holding the ball with your other hand. Stand on the furthest line of the court opposite your opponent. When serving, throw the ball up higher than your head and hit it down over the net to the other box, in the opposite corner. When the ball bounces it can only bounce once. The person you are against will hit it back and you let the ball bounce once, run to wherever the ball is and hit it back over the net.
