Well, a big component of that is my friendship, also known as society. I look up to my friends the most. If my friends were to do something bad, then I would ask them why. If they say something like " I did as a dare " , " I thought it would be cool " or, " Because I wanted to. " I would know that I need new friends. If they say something like " I thought it would be cool, I regret it so much, I wish I never did it " I would stay with them. I also do always get replaced. All my friends leave me behind as they all laugh and have fun. This has caused me to have many trust issues, anxiety, and depression. So I also look up to music. Music has also take a huge piece of my life. It helps me be a better person than I could have ever been.

The definition of mental health is someone's condition to psychology or emotion. To put this in a simple way, Its somebody's emotion. To me personally, I think mental health is the way somebody's emotions are. If someone seems happy, there life is good to them.

You could notice many different symptoms. The main one though that society think is laughter. If a person laughs to much, that must mean there crazy, Right? It must be true because that's what society thinks. Well it could be that, but not always. I think it could be a persons change. If a person starts to act a little weird, that could be a sign. Wait until maybe they aren't really interacting much with people. If this happens, this could be many mental issues. It could be depression, anxiety, ECT. Just be sure to look for somebody's changes in personality.

Well this is opinion wise. I personally that there are some bad emotions. I think these ones are anger, sadness, and jealousy. If we, or just I, didn't have these. Life would be so much easier. Some people may say that I'm a wimp for not wanting these emotions, but imagine life without these emotions.

This one depends on a persons life. But yet I have some mental health issues. So maybe it is, maybe it isn't, I don't know. There are signs that can help a person know if a person is okay or not.
