In this graph the slope is every person there is in the house more Water you use and the Y intercept is the staring point of the water usage

The R squared value is really low meaning that the amount of people and the amount of water used is not connected to amount of people that live in the house

Water usage and People that live in the house are not correlated we see this with the R squared value being .309 Witch is not close to one showing it not correlated i think it may be a spurious relationship

We should not estimate the city of state with our equation because ours is a small precent of the people while the city / state is a lot more people
