         <description><![CDATA[<div>As far as I understand, we will be the moderator of the PLCs in our district. We will be in touch with the teachers and discuss with them about teaching English.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel curious about my role as a facilitator. I am a bit complicated also. I understand the general role of a faciliator but there are some points which are still unclear. I see as if I am looking behind a flu glass😊 I have some concerns about whether I will be engage with other colleagues. I am also happy being a part of this educaion. It gives&nbsp; me the feeling of improving and practicing my English. I also believe that the communities will develop us socially.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>From&nbsp;the speaking part, I choose the authentic materials. Students always ask where they can use the target language. They are not motivated about this issue. It is not important whichever level you are working, it is posssible that you can face to this question. I think it is a common problem for most of the teachers. So,I am more convinced today that I should expose them to the authentic materials. By doing this, they will see the language in it's natural environment. They can be more motivated to learn when they see the real life situations. I may show them authentic videos, invite a native speaker to the classroom and also I may take them out. For example, taking them to a restaurant and make them order their own food in the target language may be a good exercise for the students.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As for the listening session, there may be technological problems. They may not hear clearly so that they may not understand the exercises. As for the speaking session, the colleagues may not be volunteer to speak. When I start a conversation, if they do not comment on the ideas, the session may not be useful and fluent. The Schedule may not be suitable for everyone. Planning may be a big problem.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>We started with an activity named Onion-Ring. I like the activity because it is really useful for communication. We can use it as a post reading activity. Reading passages may be tiring for the students so that we can add such activities to refresh the students.&nbsp;<br>Actually, I should focus on pre-reading tasks most. Sometimes, I skip the students background knpwledge about the topic that is covered in the text. Offering “blocking vocab” can be a good idea.&nbsp;<br>I did not know the gist task part. I can use some tasks before the&nbsp; detailed reading so that the students get a general understanding about the text.&nbsp;<br>Flipped Learning is really a good way of doing reading. We somehow used it at the pandemia period but I think it will be better for reading activities. Reading can take time when it is done in the classroom. It will be better if the students come to the classroom by reading the text before.&nbsp;<br>From the ideas and techniques above mentioned, I will totally use Flipped Learning in reading sessions.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>I totally want to use different web2 tools. In today’s world, we should follow the technolgy. Students are engaged in the technology and they like using it. If we use different applications with the teachers, they may use them in their own lessons.&nbsp;<br>I also like the paperslides. I would like to mentione about it also. Sometimes, technology may do bad surprises. Paperslides can be a good alternative for both teachers and students.</div>]]></description>
