The Story of the Scenario:
Emre, a 16-year-old high school student. Recently, while playing soccer with his friends in the schoolyard, the same complaints keep coming up:
🌞 "It wasn't this hot back in the day!"
💧 "There’s no such thing as spring anymore, it’s either too hot or freezing!"
His mother keeps saying the same thing:
🏠 "This month, the electricity bill is so high again. The bill skyrocketed with the air conditioning always on!"
His grandfather has a different concern:
🌳 "In our village, the stream used to flow all the time, but now the water has decreased. The rains don't come like they used to."
While Emre is thinking about all of this, his teacher asks an important question in class:
🧑‍🏫 "Are you aware of how climate change and global warming are affecting your daily life?"
That day, as Emre goes home, he decides:
📢 "I’m going to research this! Has the world really changed this much, or are we exaggerating?"
And that's how the "Temperature Rising: Is Our Future Melting?" project begins...

The Story of the Scenario:
Zeynep, an 11th-grade high school student, noticed the following while chatting with her friends in the school cafeteria after class:
📢 The air conditioning is constantly running, but the windows are open!
🚿 One of the faucets in the restroom is running wastefully, and no one is turning it off!
💡 The hallway lights are on even during lunchtime…

That evening, her father showed her the electricity bill:
"Have you seen this month's bill, Zeynep? It's 500 lira! It’s a 30% increase compared to last month!"

Zeynep thought:
"If we all behave like this at home and at school, it must be hurting not only our wallets but also the environment. I wonder how much waste we’re actually creating? And if we saved energy, how could we protect both our family budget and the environment?"

Zeynep shared these questions with her friends, and they decided to conduct a research project together.
Their goal was:
"Let's measure our energy consumption, identify waste, analyze it mathematically, and come up with solutions!"

The Story of the Scenarios:

Elif, a high school student, couldn’t answer a question her teacher asked during class because she had unknowingly opened her phone and got distracted by notifications while listening to the question.
📱 "I checked one notification, then got caught up in social media. I thought 5 minutes had passed, but it turned out 25 minutes had gone by!" she thought.
Her friend Mert was experiencing a similar situation.
💬 "I keep checking my phone while studying, I can’t focus. I need to find a solution, but how?"
Their teacher said:
 "The digital world makes our lives easier, but if we're not careful, it can take over our time. Are our phones controlling us, or are we controlling them?"
This question stuck in Elif and Mert’s minds.
 "What if we measured our phone usage and digital habits, analyzed the data, and came up with solutions on how to regain focus?"
And so, they started their research…

Story of the Scenario:
Ahmet picks up his phone as soon as he wakes up every morning.
📲 "Any notifications?" he wonders, and before he knows it, half an hour has passed while scrolling through TikTok and Instagram.
Then, at school, a topic is discussed in class: "What happens if AI makes decisions for us?"
His friend Zeynep adds:
🤖 "I used AI to do my homework the other day, but I realized I didn’t actually do much. It was all done by AI."
The teacher then says:
"Technology makes life easier for us, but does it make us too dependent? AI, social media, phones...
Are we really using them efficiently, or are they consuming our lives?"
Ahmet and Zeynep think about this question:
💡 "Let’s measure our own technology usage, research how we can use AI and social media more consciously, and develop solutions!"
And thus, the adventure began!

Story of the Scenario:
Ali, Zeynep, and their friends usually spent their recess sitting in the cafeteria or spending time on their phones. One day, their physical education teacher said:
🏋️‍♀️ "Kids, have you noticed? You’re not moving as much as before. The number of students running or jumping has decreased. Do you think this affects your health?"
This question stuck in Ali and Zeynep's minds. That same evening, they heard the following on the news:
📺 "In Turkey, the rate of inactivity among young people is rising, and the risk of obesity is increasing."
Ali thought:
🤔 "Are we really moving too little?"
Zeynep added:
💬 "I wonder how much time students at our school dedicate to sports? What’s the situation around us?"
And so, the "A More Active School, A Healthier Life!" project began…

Story of the Scenarios
Eda, a 10th-grade high school student, has been feeling constantly tired lately and struggles to focus in class. Even while preparing for exams, she can’t stop yawning! 💤

One day, during a health screening at school, it turns out that some of her friends are experiencing similar issues. The nurse says:

🧑‍⚕️ "We are noticing imbalanced nutrition, insufficient physical activity, and weight issues in some of our students. This can negatively affect both your health and academic performance!"

Eda and her friends are surprised:
 "Are we unknowingly eating unhealthily? Are we dedicating enough time to exercise?"

The questions start piling up:
🍔 Are we eating too much fast food?
📱 Are we spending too much time sitting with our phones?
🥦 Do we really know how to eat healthily?

"We need to solve this!" Saying this, Eda and her friends form a research group.

Their goal:
 "Let's measure the level of healthy eating and physical activity in our school, analyze the data, and develop solutions for a healthy life!"
