When I was a kid, my grandfather used to bring me to Tampines Park Pond area to feed the fishes and pigeons there often. I enjoyed spending time there with my grandparents.

It was located beside my former primary school. There used to be stones which we could use to cross the pond and there would be terrapins resting on these rocks. I enjoyed immersing myself with the peacefulness of the place back then. On some days, I met my classmates there as well.

In my opinion, most children nowadays spend most of their time online and confined to the limitations of the virtual world. Thus, I don't think most of the future generations would appreciate the presence of nature in the place as I had.

This place is a playground near my house, it is significant because I used to come here when I was younger everyday after school with my childhood friends. Even now when I go past that playground, I will still think about all the fun memories I had with my neighbors . There is also a macdonalds right next to that playground which I occasionally go with my friends. This place was designed for kids to play together and get to know one another which was how I met my friends. Until now,we still keep in touch and sometimes reminisce about the past. I think it will be the same for future generations because everytime I walk past, there would be many kids playing together and having fun, hence I think this place will bring the same meaning to others living in the same area

I came here for piano classes back when I was younger and more recently I came for tuitions. I interacted with my relatives and friends and family playing the games at the arcade here. I think it is designed to hold special memories because of the rooftop playground and the interesting designs of the mall, and the lights and colours of the arcade. Thus, I think future generations will hold similar and maybe even deeper memories and meaning to them for this place.

Every day on my way home from school, I pass by this area tucked on the corner of a quiet street. Its windows, framed with hand-painted signs and colorful flowers, always catch my eye. The warm, inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee drifts out every time the door opens, pulling me into the familiar comfort of the place. Inside, the same regulars linger over their drinks, reading or chatting softly, creating an atmosphere of calm and belonging. Even though I don’t stop by often, this little place feels like part of my journey home—a comforting constant that makes me feel rooted in the neighborhood. It’s more than just a place I pass; it’s a quiet reminder that I’m part of something bigger, a place where I belong.

when i was younger i used to go down and play everyday. its a place where i can meet new people and make friends easily. i think that it has a playground for the kids to play and also a fitness corner at the other side so that the adults can excercise so that everyone can make memories together. i think that it will be able to bring sane meaning and memories to the future generations as well.

This place holds significant meaning to me as I used to play in the garden with my brother everyday after primary school without fail, we would ride our bicycles or scooters around the circle, catch insects and run around playing make-believe games.

I enjoyed my time and like to reminisce about it. I think this place is unique due to its structure of a maze and because of this it is very memorable: this place could hold fond memories for other residents as well if they spend a lot of time there.

This place means a lot to me because i used to go there yo play after school with my friends this place has an emotional attachment to me as i have made many good memories here playing with my friends. This place was designed so that there were many activities to do and had a lot of free space for us to run around. I feel this place will continue to have meaning to future geberations as it is a public area and free for anyone to use.

This place to me is very special, I used to come here on weekends and sometimes maybe even the holidays. I would always come with my parents and we would take a job, cycle and maybe even look at the wildlife while we are at it. This place is designed for everyone so that they can keep fit or maybe make bonds or to see the nature and beauty around them, to me this is a place where I can make closer bonds with people I already know, for example, I remembered I came here last year and cycled with my friends that I haven't seen for a while, it was a memorable moment for me. I think this place will be the same for future generations as most people will have a lot of memories made with their friends and family hence I think it will be a special place for other too

this is a photo of my playground near my house. this place holds a lot of memories to me as when i was younger, i would always go down and play with other children near the neighbourhood. it was really a memorable time as it was fun to play with others and make friends easily. i remember when we would always try to plan when we could play as back then, we did not know how to contact through a phone. Now, whenever i walk back from school, i would reminisce about this place and hope someday, we could have a reunion. although sometimes, i would always go here after my tuition and talk to my friends about life. not only does it hold a special meaning but it also makes me feel at ease.

this place holds significant memories because i would come to this playground to play and I would come with my grandparents. i ended up moving here 2 years ago. i witnessed how the place changed over the years and my interactions with the people and environment make it very special. i would come here in the evening when im having a hard day and it would be very relaxing and would instantly help me calm down and relax. i made new friends here and the environment is always lively. for example, i would see kids playing at the playground and old aunties and uncles working out in the evening.

the design of the area with the layout in mind, lots of greenery and amenities is meant to create a sense of well being. it gives off a very warm vibe. the walkways, gathering areas and the proximity to local shops are intended to help residents feel more comfortable within the area. they create a sense of belonging.

yes, i think the future generation will form their own unique memories and experiences. as the environment continues to evolve and change for the better , the sense of community, access to ammenities and connection to environment will stay the same and allow future residents to feel the same sense of belonging we do

this place means a lot to me as I use to come here almost everyday, especially during the covid period, where i would take my dog out for a walk or play frisbee and play with my family or sometimes both if we have too much time to spare. me and my sister would race up the slope to see who could go faster. as this park was quite big, we like to also cycle around this park or run around. this park is very special as we mostly have nothing to do during the covid period and look forward most days, to come here. it also very unique to me as this park reminds me a lot of my dog

I remember the times when I would spend my free time playing basketball with my old neighbours. These interactions with my friends created good memories with this significant place . This space was also free for everyone to use and was a big space for us to play basketball everyday. This place will create the same memories that I have experienced to future generations as it is a newly renovated and repainted court.

This is the church me and my family go to. We have family friends who live in our condominium who also go to the same church. Sometimes, me and my friend would go to catechism in the morning and then we would go to church where we would meet our families.

After church we would usually go to a nearby hawker centre for lunch and eat together. There is even a small playground by the hawker sentence where my friend, my brother and i hang out while waiting for the food. This happens every Sunday and its a very fun. If I ever move away, this would definitely be one of the spots I would miss the most and holds the most memories.

this place is memorable for me because me and my childhood friends used to meet up around her at 6.00 everyday to play sports and games. After 12 years we all still go and play together. This is a very significant place because i think everytime whenever we go here it reminds me of all the all the fun times we have had together . Since we come here everyday, it makes this place even more special. I think that this place will have the same effect on the future generations as i think that this place helps bonds grow and make them think that it is just as important as i do

at this playground i will hang out with my friends after school and chat and make memories. and on some weekends , i will come here to play with my young cousins and as well as make friends with the other playground children. sometimes i also sit by this playground to unwind and relax after a stressful day or to break during atudies. the greenery and ambience is calming and great for relaxing.

I lived in Bedok for many years and this place holds memorable memories. I've been there a million times with my family and friends on special occasions such as birthdays or chit chat. I love going to Bedok mall because it is nearby my house and my comfort place. Even now, I hang out with my primary school friends there! This place was designed for families and friends to come here to catch up on each other or have a meal together. Yes, I think it will bring same memories to future generations in Bedok!

I lived very close to this 7 eleven, I remember going here when I was younger with my classmates from ‘Renshan Elementary School’ back then. Now, the government is building a new MRT line here linking this area to Taipei and Taoyuan. The buses here are not frequent, so most people choose to ride the motorcycle. There’s a park nearby here, with a long zip line. I usually see a lot of primary school kids in uniform enjoying the park. My school used to have a tradition where every other week, the teacher brings the class to the park. There is also an overpass across highway number 3 (国道3号）which provides amazing view. There’s also a massive clothing store nearby, but I usually go there to look at toys instead of buying anything. There’s a bike only trail near the MRT station where me and my friend used to ride there.
