I like to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite food is get to be Pho. Pho is already one of the famous foods in Vietnam, and most people will defienitely think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has unique smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, and the most important thing are the broth bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty soup, then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not like other kinds of noodle because it is made from rice flour and thicker than the others. After pouring the soup into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I like to eat cooked beef slices and chili oil, onions as toppings. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho like egg and our traditional bagel twists . All of them create a savory and delicious flavor that makes me fall in love with it. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the traditional dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. =)

low quality

Salmon is my favorite food, and it’s not hard to see why. It’s one of the most versatile ingredients you can work with, and its rich, buttery flavor makes it a standout in so many dishes. Whether it’s grilled, baked, smoked, pan seared, or even raw in sushi, salmon always feels like a treat. It pairs beautifully with a variety of flavors like a bright squeeze of lemon, a sweet teriyaki glaze, or even a simple sprinkle of salt and herbs. You can enjoy it as the star of a meal with sides like roasted vegetables or rice, or as part of a fresh salad or poke bowl.

What I love most, though, is that salmon is as healthy as it is delicious. It’s packed with omega 3 fatty acids, which are great for heart health, brain function, and reducing inflammation. It’s also a great source of high-quality protein, so it leaves me feeling full and energized without being too heavy. Eating salmon isn’t just about satisfying my taste buds it’s also about nourishing my body. Whether it’s a weeknight dinner or something special for the weekend, salmon always hits the spot, and that’s why it will always be my favorite food.

Salad dates back to ancient times, with roots in Roman and Greek cuisine. The word “salad” comes from the Latin word “sal,” meaning salt, as Romans often seasoned their greens with salt and vinegar.

Salad is primarily made from fresh vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and carrots. I love combining these ingredients with a variety of dressings, such as a simple mix of olive oil and lemon juice, which enhances the flavors beautifully.

There are countless variations of salad around the world. For example, the Mediterranean salad includes olives and feta cheese, while the classic Caesar salad features romaine lettuce and croutons.

Eating salad not only satisfies my hunger but also keeps me healthy. It's packed with vitamins and minerals, making it a perfect light meal or a delicious side dish. Plus, it’s quick and easy to prepare, which is a bonus in our busy lives.

In my opinion, salads are the perfect dish: nutritious, versatile, and full of flavor. Ice cream is a beloved treat enjoyed by people of all ages around the world. From classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate to unique creations like salted caramel and green tea, there is a flavor to suit every plate. In this presentation, we will explore the history of ice cream, its cultural significance, and the science behind its creamy texture. Join me as we dive into the delicious world of ice cream and uncover what makes it such a universally loved dessert.

Ice cream is a beloved dessert enjoyed by people of all ages around the world. Its creamy texture and sweet flavor make it a popular treat for any occasion. Whether it’s a hot summer day or a cozy winter night, ice cream is always a welcome indulgence.

One of the reasons why ice cream is so popular is its versatility. There are countless flavors and toppings to choose from, making it easy to customize your dessert to suit your preferences. From classic flavors like vanilla and chocolate to more adventurous options like mint chip and cookie dough, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, you can add toppings like sprinkles, nuts, fruits, or hot fudge to create a unique and delicious treat.

Not only is ice cream delicious, but it also has a rich history that dates back centuries. The origins of ice cream can be traced back to ancient civilizations such as the Chinese, Persians, and Romans, who all enjoyed frozen desserts made from snow or ice mixed with fruit or honey. In the 16th century, ice cream as we know it today began to take shape in Italy, where it was made with milk, sugar, and flavorings.

Today, ice cream is enjoyed all over the world, with each culture putting its own spin on this classic dessert. In the United States, ice cream is often enjoyed in the form of sundaes, milkshakes, and ice cream sandwiches. In Italy, gelato is a popular variation of ice cream that is known for its dense and creamy texture. In Japan, mochi ice cream is a popular treat that features balls of ice cream wrapped in a chewy rice cake.

Aside from its delicious taste and rich history, ice cream also has some surprising health benefits. While it is often considered a treat, ice cream can actually be a good source of calcium and protein when made with real dairy products. Additionally, some studies have shown that eating ice cream in moderation can improve mood and reduce stress levels, making it a great comfort food for those looking to indulge.

In conclusion, ice cream is a beloved dessert that has stood the test of time. Its delicious taste, rich history, and health benefits make it a popular treat for people of all ages. Whether you prefer classic flavors or unique creations, there is no denying the appeal of a scoop of creamy, cold ice cream on a hot day. So next time you’re in the mood for a sweet treat, why not indulge in a scoop of your favorite flavor and savor every bite?

Food is a very important part of our lives because we need it to live. I live many kinds of food but my favourite one is pizza. Pizza is a dish that came from Italia. It has a base made my dough and flour, and on top of that is the toppings, especially tomato, cheese, etc. Then it’s baked in a high-temperature oven. It’s one of the most popular Italian dishes, along with spaghetti, which has been eaten by almost everyone over the world. Pizza is sold at a variety of restaurants, including pizzarias- restaurants that sell special pizzas. There are so many types of pizzas, such as cheese pizza, seafood pizza, mushroom pizza and more. Also, simple pizzas are pretty easy to make at home, even on your own. For example, to make cheese pizza, you just need some pizza dough, some cheese, some tomato sauce and a certain time to make. First, just squeeze and toss the dough until it becomes a flat, circle base. Then, you pour the tomato sauce on top of the base, then add the cheese evenly on top of it. The last step is to bake the cake until it’s cooked. So that’s why I love eating pizzas. Thank you for listening

My Favorite Dish

The dish I love the most is Pho, a traditional Vietnamese noodle soup. Pho is not just a meal; it’s a symbol of my country’s culture and rich culinary heritage. It consists of a flavorful broth, rice noodles, fresh herbs, and meat, usually either beef (pho bo) or chicken (pho ga). What makes Pho so special to me is its delicate balance of taste and the warm, comforting feeling it brings.

The broth is the heart of Pho. It’s made by simmering beef bones or chicken for hours, which gives it a deep, savory flavor. It’s often seasoned with star anise, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger, creating a perfect combination of spices. When served, the Pho is topped with fresh herbs like basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts, and a squeeze of lime adds a tangy kick.

I love Pho because it’s not only delicious, but it’s also versatile. You can adjust the flavor to your liking by adding hoisin sauce, sriracha, or fish sauce. It’s perfect for any time of the day—whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner—and it’s especially satisfying on a cold day.

Whenever I eat Pho, I feel connected to my roots and the traditions of my family. It's a dish that brings people together, whether in a cozy restaurant or around the family table. For me, Pho is more than just food; it’s a reminder of home, love, and the warmth of shared meals.

Among the countless dishes I’ve enjoyed, my mother’s crab noodle soup holds a special place in my heart. It’s not just a dish but a reflection of her love and care for our family.

My mother always chooses the freshest ingredients: ground crab, ripe tomatoes, tofu, and vibrant green vegetables. She often says the crab is the “soul” of the dish, so it must be chosen carefully. Early in the morning, she simmers a pot of bones for hours to make the broth, filling the kitchen with a warm, inviting aroma.

After that, she stir-fries the crab with tomatoes, sautéing shallots to enhance the flavor, and fries tofu until golden and crispy. Although we have an air fryer, she insists on frying by hand to ensure the tofu stays moist and flavorful. Finally, she blanches beef and combines everything with the aromatic broth.

Her crab noodle soup is a feast of colors: red tomatoes, golden tofu, green onions, brown beef, and white vermicelli. The moment the steaming broth is poured into the bowl, its irresistible fragrance fills the air.

Every bite of her soup carries not only rich flavors but also her love and effort. No matter where I go or what I eat in the future, I’ll always cherish the memory of my mother’s crab noodle soup, the most wonderful dish in the world.
