Johnson hiring a hit man on JFK. The hit man could be William Harvey because Harvey wanted the position as a CIA Director, and the only person that would make that happen would be LBJ. This would have been a win win situation because LBJ would now be the president, and William Harvey would now have his position, this would be a win for both the people.
