- Glazing: Looks thick. May be Double-glazing (DGU) Constructed in 1990 so may not be low-e (2.8 W/m2 K)

- SHGC: 0.3 - 0.4. Since windows look dark, they may have a Low Solar Heat-gain Coefficient (SHGC) acting as a inbuilt shading
- There is no other external shading system. Level 1 & 2 and level 5 has corridors which provide shade.
