         <title>Relationships</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1- Relationships drive our world, they're around us all the time. We're created for relationships. They're the core of our existence.</p><p>2- One behavior I didn't know about was that some people run away from fights. This could help my future relationship because know I know that fighting can be good because that shows we can be honest with each other.Running away from conflict won't solve anything.</p><p>3-Relationships tend to fail due to indifference, contempt, neglect and violence. I can prevent future relationship failure by not hiding feelings. It's not good to blame our partner.</p><p>4- A marriage secret I didn't know was there are people who only get married because they think it solves their problems. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>I did the 7 day challenge 7 minute workout to lose belly fat - home workout to lose inches. I watched this video because it seemed like the most efficient way to lose belly fat. It did help me reach my fitness goals because I feel better about myself, and healthier.</p></li><li><p>This workout made me feel alive in a way. Its made me feel awake, motivated, and happy. Of course I was pretty exhausted, but that's the good in it.</p></li><li><p>I think I will continue this workout every now and then. I do other workouts as well so I would love to include this one more often.</p><p><br/></p></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>1- A piece of advice that I think will save my life is that when I change my mind about stress, I can change my bodys response to stress.</p><p>2- I learned that being taught to re-think my stress response is helpful. The anxiety is preparing me for action. If I view my stress as helpful my blood vessels would be relaxed rather than constantly contracting. Seeing stress as my friends could benefit in so many ways in the long run. The way I think about stress matters.</p><p>3- I used to believe that stress was one of the toughest things for mr to battle. That I couldn't get anything done because I'm always stressed. But in reality, only I can make myself think of it as a good thing instead of a bad thing. This Ted Talk made me realize that the way I chose to hand stress as a "friend" It could actually make my life a lot easier.</p>]]></description>
