Such as depression and anxiety issues. The cause of this may be because of these kids having their parents being separated from them. This can take a toll on their mental health. Illness is the hardest thing to overcome without a clear solution. Without the proper medicine and nutrition makes it hard to survive. There are many diseases spreading and most people living in such harsh environments with no medicare makes it hard for them to survive. The reason many of these kids move is because of war, family issues, and many other problems they face in their lives. They could have an injury and where they are from there isn't any medical place there so they must flee to other places to get treated. Not only suffering physical injuries but mental ones too at such a young age. These kids are going through traumatic events and put their health at risk. They might not be able to have access to rides to go to school, afford the things necessary to get an education, and suffer from mental issues making it hard for these kids to learn. Studies have shown that dropout and failing rates among refugee students is higher compared to a normal student. These refugee students have suffered so much trauma and face other problems that may interfere with learning and paying attention in class. They're grades usually aren't the highest, some of these kids usually have no parents to give them motivation to try and work hard in school. Where they live is usually very dangerous places and unsafe places. Which is very sad for a kid, home is where your supposed to feel safe and relaxed. Instead you have to worry about someone getting to you, being harmed or robbed at home, at such an early age. They can't have a childhood, they have to worry about their own safety.
