We think government should take a part, although schools and universities are capable of startups, the government has authority and authority can be used to get people's attention to the rising issue of global climatic change. Also, it wouldn't be a bad thing if foreign bureaucrats took control over how much energy the US uses. We think Trump has no valid reason to cancel the Paris agreement.

You take a bit of cereal, the sugars it contains activate the sweet- taste receptors, part of the brain stem, and from there, it forks off into many areas of the celebral cortex process different tastes : bitter, salty, umami and sweet. From here, the signal actives the brain reward system. This reward system is a series of electrical and chemical pathways across several different regions of the brain.

I think sleeping is a very important in our life. It is because the brain uses significantly less energy during sleeping. So,I agree the video said that sleeping can influence our emosi. For example, today you get a very sufficient sleep like 8 hour. You will feel happy and energetic on the next day. But sleep needs vary, but on average, regularly sleeping more than 9 hours a night may do more harm than good.Research found that people who slept longer had more calcium buildup in their heart arteries and less flexible leg arteries too.Our best bet is to shoot for 7 to 8 hours of slumber each night for peak heart benefits. But,if you didn't get enough sleep, you will feel tired and grumpiness.Besides that you will face a harder mental and physical challenge such as see slower reaction times. An that seems to be the reason that we become so unbuckled in terms of our emotional integritiy when we havent been sleeping well but there were something good happens when you get your sleep. Refreshing slumber helps you hit the reset button on a bad day, improve your outlook on life and be better prepared to meet challenges. So,we must always get enough sleep everday because can make us feel good on the next day.

Think about how one bad night’s sleep, or not enough sleep, makes you feel the next day. For many of us, we’re grumpy and irritable, we find it difficult to concentrate, and we have no energy. This shows that not getting enough sleep can affects the way we feel, think, work, learn and get along with other people. Sleeplessness and mood disorders are closely linked. Studies show people who are sleep deprived report increases in negative moods like anger, frustration, sadness and decreases in positive moods. Sleeplessness is a symptom of mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety. In the long run, not getting enough sleep also can affect our physical wellbeing. This is because getting enough sleep and the right type of sleep, is vital for our overall health. While we sleep, our body works to support healthy brain function and maintain our physical health. So, if you are having problems getting to sleep or staying asleep, or if you often feel tired during the day, you may need to work out what’s happening because getting enough and the right kind of sleep is important.

We think the strength of the immune system is related to everyone's different physical health. The immune system actually can't blindly boost the immune system because our body is different. There's no evidence that supplements actually help improve your immune system or your chances of fighting off an infection or illness. Some victamins are can't be excessive intake. It should follow the condition of your own immune system. So, dont take the drug to strength your immune system own, i think if we really want to get healtier, we should ask the doctor. Just like the video say, the most safety to take care our body is to take a vaccine. It will produce the antibodies and most likely to prevent our body from being attacked by the viruses such as the covid-19. So, if we want to make sure our immune system is safe and health, the best way is to take a vaccine, don't use the wrong way, it not only can't strength your immune system but also will hurt your body.

Can you actually boost your immune system? the answer is no. Nothing can boost your immune system but with lack of sleep, lack of diet, smoking, stress and so on it can suppress your immune system. You actually don’t want your immune system to be stronger but to be balanced. It is because too much of an immune response is as bad as too little response. I think what you can do is to protect your immune system. It's been scientifically proven through decades of research that a great diet, some cardiovascular exercise, and plenty of sleep (8+ hours) is the key to stay healthy and by staying healthy you can support and protect your immune system.

Sometimes we feel tired throughout the day. It's normal. But, if we always feel tired, almost every day, it's not normal. It's a sign for us to get a rest. Sometimes, when we are tired, we also can't control our emotions. We can simply feel irritable, sad, anxious, moody, and others. Needless to say, this can have a big impact on our quality of life and may even end up damaging our careers, relationships, or our daily work. That's why sleep is so important to our lives. It not only affects our emotions, but it affects our mental and physical health too. If we don't get enough sleep, we can easily get sick. For example, suddenly, we will experience a severe headache, faint and others. Based on science, we need to sleep at least 8 hours a day. Getting enough sleep doesn't only help us keep our minds and bodies healthy, but it also helps us improve our emotions and makes us think positively.

Sugar is one of the essential requirements for the body. However, excessive intake of sugar can lead to various diseases such as obesity, diabetes, risk of heart disease, impaired immune function, tooth decay and becoming hyperactive.Sugar can be addictive in many people. As in alcohol, cigarette and drug addiction, sugar intake causes the production of dopamine from the brain, which causes us to feel fun and happy, even though the amount of dopamine released is not as much as cigarette, alcohol or drug addiction. Nevertheless, there are initiatives to avoid excessive sugar intake for example we can eat foods that is low in sugar, prepare cakes and cookies that are low in sugar,
replace sweets like cakes and cookies with healthier options like fruits.Additionally, you need to avoid sugary foods between main meals and before bed, drink beverages that are low in sugar, check the sugar content on the beverage label reduce the frequency of sugary drinks and avoid sugary drinks between meals and before bedtime.

Sugar is general term used to describe a class of malecules called carbohydrates, and it's found in a wide variety of food and drink. Since sugar is everywhere, it's important to understand how it affects the brain. What happens when sugar hits your tongue? And does eating a little bit of sugar make you crave more? You take a bite of cereal. The sugars it contains activate the sweet-taste receptors, part of the taste buds on the tongue. These receptors send a signal up to the brain stem, and from there, it forks off into many areas of the forebrain, one of each is the cerebral cortex. It travels down into your stomach and eventually into your gut. There are sugar receptors here, too. They are not taste buds, but they do send signals telling your brain that you're full or that your body should produce more insulin to deal with the extra sugar you're eating. The major currency of our reward system is dopamine, an important chemical or neurotransmitter. There are many dopamine receptors in the forebrain, but they're not evenly distributed. Certain areas contain dense clusters of receptors and these dopamine hot spots are part of our reward system. Drugs like alcohol, nicotine or heroin send dopamine into overdrive, leading some people to constantly seek that high. Sugar also causes dopamine to be released, though not as violently as drugs. Importantly, the brain's neuroplasticity capabilities allow it to reset to an extent following cutting down on dietary sugar, and physical exercise can augment this process. Foods rich in omaga-3 fats (found in fish oil, nuts and seeds) are also neuroprotective and can boost brain chemicals needed to form new neurons.
While it's not easy to break habits like always eating dessert or making your coffee a double-double, your brain will thank you for making positive steps.
