From 27^th to 29^th September in Florence took place the “ Fiera Didacta” an event whose aim is to connect the world of work with the schools. I partecipated with some of my students at the event "I giovani e le scienze", three years ago in Milan and we had an international award. It was a very interesting experience.
There are two new important STEM event in Italy: " You scientist", about Molecular Biology and Chemistry and EUSO, a competition on Physics, Biology and Chemistry with a final meeting at Padova University. These event are a mix of game and theory.

The Nehru Science Centre in Mumbai normally has Science fairs linked more to research and our school participates by attending the event.
I like the hands on practical experiments displayed which are not easily available.

Many STEM events are taking place in Bulgarian schools. There are several national programs that stimulate this kind of activities. For example: besides the science olimpiad, national physics competitions are held twice a year. High school students participate at these competitions. Once a year, together with the National Conference on Physics Training, a two-days student session takes place, in which students participate with reports of their own research. The selection of these reports takes place at school students conferences. The activity of universities in these events is significant. Unfortunately, the relationship with business is not at the desired level.

In my region, for a few years, a science fair is being organized. Both elementary and high school students participate. It's called 'Sience Tornado'. There are experiments from physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology.
The amount of visitors is very big.

We made scientifical artificals which involved field of chemistry, biology, mathematic. And students presented researcs' results in front of professional representatives. That is a contest between higschool pupils prepared by TUBİTAK that is a scientific and technology assosiation in Turkey.

I participated in April at the Maker Faire event in Rome, and I was thrilled with the desire to create even with simple tools, really exciting ideas. Personally I know some professionals who have created garments that can warm up or cool down as needed

In our school science organized science fair supported by TÜBİTAK. It was very nice to tell the participants of the fair by taking ownership of the curiosities and projects of the students. In addition, the science festival for collecting supported by TÜBİTAK, which I undertook project project in Samsun province, was realized. I think that it has made a very important contribution to the dissemination of science cultures in society.
