Hey Michelle, really going to miss your presence on campus. Every time I see you, you make me smile and I'm going to miss seeing you around campus and having our quick chats. I'll never forget that one faculty outing we had, you came with flowers and gave them out to teachers...so kind and always thinking of others! Best wishes with your new adventure and hope to see you back at JCHS...your life long learning is inspiring! Go get'em!!!

You have been the greatest friend and an amazing teacher! I am sad that I won't see your ALWAYS SMILING face around campus, but I am also super happy for the new experiences that you are headed to. You leaving our school means we'll be laughing a lot less during meetings...

One of my favorite meeting moments of you was when Lord put on a wig during a virtual meeting, then I put on a mask, Delia put on her hat thing, then you put on your shark head haha. We all laughed so hard during the meeting, all the while, Geri had no clue what was going on (since she was presenting her screen and couldn't see the grid) hahaha.

Another memory I have is when the Academy Leads met in A-21. You thought all of the admin was going to be there too and was concerned with the number of seats. You asked if everyone can fit. Geri responded that we'll have to sit on each other's laps. I asked you who you wanted to sit with and you responded with who and why. I won't say exactly what you said but it was hilarious.

Take care in New Jersey! You will be missed at JCHS but know you made a lasting impact.

I already miss you since we didn't get to spend as much time TOGETHER this past school year. I just can't thank you enough for the energy and effort you brought to JCHS from Day 1. We are so lucky to have our paths cross and I will always wish it was for much longer.

You have directly made MY life easier in a couple of ways: 1) you accepted the role of Head Faculty Rep for HSTA at our campus, which removed it from my plate at that time and 2) You served as an awesome FOL lead, a role that not many want to do, and I know everyone in that group appreciated your guidance.

I hope we will stay in touch and I am so jealous of the next group of people, whether they are co-workers or neighbors, who get to be around you in the future.

I am still in shock to be saying goodbye to you. Whenever I am having a stressful time, you always seem to know and you find a way - even in simple, small ways - to bring a smile and a treat around. You are so thoughtful and I know our Health Academy, Science Department, and students will be feeling your absence.

Thank you for stepping in to be an FOL lead through our challenging self-study process, it made my life easier to have your help and positivity through that process. I certainly hope there is a chance we will be working together again sometime and I wish you all the success you deserve in the future.
