One of the children unwraps the book and the teacher will tell the story, using the book and/or a digital version of each page if they want. 

You encourage the children to fill in some of the (repetitive) words, like there is no....(ELECTRICITY) (shirt -dirt etc).

After the story see if there were any words the children didn't get and check comprehension, then tell the story one more time and see if the children can do the matching game.

On two sides of the PE hall there are groups of children holding the flashcards with the rhyming words of the book (it can just be small cards of the pages of the book). Teacher calls out a rhyming word of the book. The children from each group who have that word run to the teacher in order to grasp the flag first. He or she who's first has to go back to their place before being tagged by the other child who didn't get the flag. Each group has the name of one of the Super Inventors. The teachers calls out a number, and all children numbered three for example run to the teacher and try to grasp the handkerchief and return back to their spot. The first one to have it earns a point for their team.
