         <description><![CDATA[<p>To have a healthy diet you need to quit on your sweets. I know it taste good but its as added sugar and that's not really good. First off stop eating rubbish that makes you fat. You need to eat more healthy food like peas, corn, broccoli and you guessed it kumara! Secondly you need to stop drinking fuzz drinks which is important to do. </p><p>𝓕𝓾𝓷 𝓕𝓪𝓬𝓽</p><p>Did you know if you put a tooth in a fuzz drink and wait for a couple minutes the tooth will dissolve in there leaving nothing left.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

The five main words here are</p><ul><li><p>Spiritual</p></li><li><p>Physical</p></li><li><p>Social</p></li><li><p>Mental</p></li><li><p>Emotional</p></li></ul><p>It is essential to do exercises daily, have a diet, and don't play too much as sweating can mess up your mental health and can have a big impact on your learning. Now, what do these five words mean? Well, here are the definitions.</p><p><br/></p><p>Spiritual- It means our relation with the lord himself, our ancestors, and our deceased loved ones.</p><p><br/></p><p>Physical- Doing exercises, and going on diets and it is important to eat the five food groups such as protein, fruits and vegetables, and more.</p><p><br/></p><p>Social- The ability to talk to people and not be shy. Try and start with talking with your parents and work up to talking to kids your age and start befriending them.</p><p><br/></p><p>Mental- Not failing under pressure, stressing and starting to do good behaviour.</p><p><br/></p><p>Emotional- How we think and feel. It is important to understand that people are sensitive and shouldn't bully them for it. It is also essential to acknowledge others feelings.</p>]]></description>
