Our instructor graduated from Law School in 2012, she was married in 2001 and from the books on the table, I would guess she admires Thurgood Marshall. For example, while Presley challenged and brought about a conversation to society regarding his music, Eminem has used his music as an outlet for his emotions creating much controversy for listeners. Some listeners empathize, some relate and others disagree. There is not a conclusive consensus across listeners about their feelings regarding Eminems music. I would want to get input on student writing. I am going to be using the TED strategy in my Sociology class. The class is made up of students from grades 9-12 and a range of students from the top of their respective class to some of the lowest level students. I frequently have writing assignments, but most students do not use a "TED-like" structure in their responses. I would get the most out of our next session by looking at student responses to see how I can help improve their writing.
