As we can see, the percentage of overweight or obese adults rises sharply during 50 years since 1965, and that the proportions of obese and overweight adults in 2015 are biggest.

The bar chart demonstrates the period that the number of overweight or obese adults grow steeply, from 1995 to 2015. Through the research, just under three-fifths of adults in 1995 anh around 70% in both 2005, 2015. However from 1965 until 1985, the proportion increased gradually a little under a half. They are all seemed to be very high number of overweight or obese adults in one country from 1965 to 2015.

The bar chart represents that the percentage of unhealthy adults was much more than the healthy people, it made up nearly two-thirds of the total survey in 2015. Just over one-third of the adults were obese, a little under one-third of the adults were overweight. On another hand, a tiny proportion of the adults were severely obese and about one-quarter of the adults were healthy or underweight.

Sample 1:

The bar chart shows the percentage of the adult population who were overweight or obese between 1965 and 2015, while the pie chart shows the percentage of people who were a healthy weight, overweight, obese and extremely obese in 2015. The rise in the number of people who are too heavy was gradual from 1965 to 1985.

The first significant increase occurred between 1985 and 1995, from around 48% to almost 60%. In the next ten-year period there was a similar large rise. By 2005, approximately 70% of people weighed too much. The upward trend continued into the 21 century but at a slightly lower rate.

The pie chart confirms that in 2015 over 70% of adults were too heavy, and it also gives more detail about how much they were overweight. Only 6.3% of people were so overweight that their health was seriously at risk, i.e. severely obese. The remaining people were divided more or less equally between the other groups.

Sample 2:

The bar chart illustrates changes in the proportion of adults who were overweight or obese between 1965 and 2015, while the pie chart presents the distribution of different weight categories in 2015, including healthy weight, overweight, obese, and severely obese. Overall, the data highlight a steady upward movement in the share of the population carrying excess weight.

From 1965 to 1985, the increase was relatively modest, with only a gradual expansion in the proportion of heavier adults. However, between the mid-1980s and the mid-1990s the situation shifted more noticeably, with the share of overweight and obese individuals climbing sharply to well over half of the adult population. The following decade brought another surge of a similar scale, so that by the mid-2000s, around seven in ten adults were heavier than recommended. Growth persisted into the early years of the 21st century, though the pace of expansion became somewhat less dramatic.

The pie chart for 2015 reinforces this picture, showing that well over two-thirds of adults were carrying excess weight. It also breaks this figure down further: a relatively small fraction were in the most critical category, classified as severely obese and at serious health risk. The remainder were spread fairly evenly across the categories of overweight, obese, and those still within a healthy range.

Some people say that sport should become a main subject at school. There are points for and against this idea, but in general, I totally agree with this statement. In this essay, I will explain the reasons why.

Personally, the main reason why sport must be compulsory in schools is that children are becoming less and less active compared to the past. Because of the development of technology, many modern devices such as computers and game machines attract them. As a result, many children only stay at home and play games in their free time. This is one of the reasons why more children get health problems because they are not active. Therefore, if sport is compulsory in school, it will help solve that problem. Children can move more in schools. Besides, sport also helps children make good relationships with their friends. In addition, physical activities can also improve children’s behaviour and teamwork.

On the other hand, schools need to spend and invest a lot of money on sport facilities. However, if sport is not taught in school, many children will not do exercise or play outside. They will just sit or lie on the bed playing games. Then, they will get sick more easily, such as stomach problems, heart disease, or obesity. To cure these illnesses, more medicine and medical facilities are needed, which wastes even more money. In fact, medicine is really expensive and used only one time, while sport facilities in schools can be reused for a long time. Therefore, it is more beneficial to invest in sport.

To sum up, I agree that sports lessons must be compulsory in schools, because without them, many children will become unhealthy or obese in the future.

Nowadays, some people say that children are less active in their free time. Therefore, sports should be an obligatory subject in schools. There are points for and against this idea, but overall I agree with the statement. In this essay, I will explain why.

In my opinion, it is necessary for children to play sports because it helps them improve their health. Some people believe that this activity is not good because children may get injuries such as sprains when taking part in compulsory sports. Consequently, they may refuse to follow the teacher’s instructions. However, in today’s world, a lot of children lead a sedentary lifestyle, which causes them to become obese and develop health problems. If schools organize compulsory physical education, students will do physical activities on a regular basis and develop a good routine. For instance, in America, the proportion of obese children decreased since they were required to join physical courses. Even in Viet Nam, students can avoid eye strain or back pain by mixing sports lessons with normal classes.

On the other hand, the best way to practice social skills and team spirit is through sports. Sports lessons require children to communicate, cooperate and compete healthily. These skills cannot be fully learned from books. For example, in basketball, children must coordinate with teammates in order to win. Furthermore, sharing sadness and happiness is also an important lesson that they can learn from playing sports. Besides that, sports create many opportunities for introverted children to interact more at school.

To sum up, I agree that sports must be compulsory in schools for all children. Although it may require a lot of money, time, and human resources, children today are the future of the nation, so the government should make efforts to provide these opportunities for them.

These days, children are often less active because they spend a lot of time on social media. I think it's important for schools to make sports lessons mandatory, as this can bring many benefits and good habits.

Firstly, physical education is very important for improving health. Children who spend too much time sitting or standing while studying or using electronic devices are affected by health problems. These problems include blood vessel issues, obesity, breathing difficulties, and even brain problems. Doing physical exercise not only helps improve health but also creates healthy habits and reduces future medical costs.

Moreover, sports can also improve many skills and train the mind. For example, it improves communication, teamwork, agility, and problem-solving skills. It can also help us find our strengths and improve them. Most importantly, it can help us relieve stress after school and build a strong spirit. These skills are useful for children in their studies, work, and health later in life.

However, some people believe that sports will reduce study time. Also, some people don't think much about their health, which can lead to bad habits like laziness. This can negatively affect their future.

Therefore, we need to be aware of the importance of health training and take the right steps. We should create healthy living habits by setting goals and making sports a habit.

In conclusion, sports are important activities and should be required in children's learning programs. This will help improve health, build life skills, and create a healthy and successful generation.

From my personal statement, I absolutely agree and explain why in this essay.

Be active bring children many positive effects to both physical and mental health. Exercising not only improve muscle strength, healthy internal organs, refresh the body but also minimize associated health issues. From a research of WHO, 97 percent of people who playing sport since they were a kid or hanging out regularly are recorded that do not have serious disease, expect for people with underlying medical condition and their symptoms are significantly improved. Additionally, after learning for a long , let student do exercise would help them reduce pressure, balance feelings and boost mood for the next lessons. Kid's brains release endorphin, dopamine and serotonin which bring happiness, comfort. From there, the encephalon function is enhanced to help children memorize and learning better.

However, some people say that it is a waste of time, their kids need more time to learn other subjects. Overall, It is not an intelligent thesis. Firstly, playing sports helps teenagers discover the passions and self-exploration. Besides that, Many essential skills like communicating, team-work, survival skills at swimming or climbing and healthy habits are learnt during practicing kinds of sports. The wonderful benefits of building healthy habit from a young age as reducing cases, increasing population life expectancy. Since, the government does not have to spend a high budget on medical care in the future.

To sum up, It is correct that learning is important and we should spend time to study. But having physical lessons at school brings a lot of positive effects are mentioned so I completely agree with the statement because of the considerable advantages.

In recent years, young people have become less active compared to children in the past, especially during their leisure time. This has become a major concern for the public. While some people believe that children today are lazier, I partly agree with this view and believe there are other factors involved.

First and foremost, schools should place greater emphasis on sports lessons. Many children today suffer from both mental and physical pressure due to academic demands and family expectations. Engaging in physical activities can help them release stress, improve their overall well-being, and develop a healthy lifestyle.

On the order hand to consider is that sports can teach children important life skills. For example, playing team sports helps them learn about discipline, teamwork, and communication. These skills are essential for their future development both inside and outside of school.

In conclusion, although it may seem that children today are less active than in the past, the real issue is the lack of opportunities and encouragement for physical activities. Schools should therefore promote sports to help students stay healthy and develop essential skills.

In today's world, some people think that sports lessons should be compulsory in schools because of children's activeness in their free time are fewer than before. There are points for and against this idea, but overall i agree with this statement and i will explained why in this essay.

In my opinion, compulsory sports lessons are very essential and it can bring a lot of benefits for children. Firstly, play sport

helps students improve their heath and avoid diseases in the future. If teenagers are fit, the government will not need to spend money on medical care. Therefore, children can also strengthen their mental too. For example, playing badminton or football after school courses help them relax and reduce stress. Additionally, children can learn about teamwork skill, which is one of the most important skill in life.

On the other hand, there are some drawbacks behind compulsory sports lessons such as equipment too expensive and schools have to spend a lot of money on paying. This also is one of the difficulty in poor areas. Another problem is that not all students are interested in play sports, so they may feel bored when forced to play. However, i believe that the benefits are stronger than drawbacks. Although children can feel unhappy, they still gain health and useful skills.

To sum up, I strongly agree that sports lessons must be compulsory in schools. They help children stay healthy, reduce stress, and learn teamwork, which are all important for their future.

Nowadays, children are less active in their free time than in the past. It is believed sport lessons must be compulsory in schools. This is useful and necessary for them. In the this essay, I agree with it and explain many reasons for my decision.

In my view, The active it very important for our body and heath so We need to do exercise or play sport for 30 minutes in a day. The children now just watch and play with their parent phone and do not want to go outside, but they should hang out and have have to speak with other people it helpful for their life and heath. Sport lessons is a great idea for this problem. For example, One class do not have all student have same favorite sport. When the sport lesson start this will have other student from other class so they can make new friends in this class also they are more active than stay home.

On the other hand, the school need to spend a lot of money for facilities because sports need different stadiums for other sports to operate. This is a big problem about budget of school. In addition, the time of study very important for children, if have more sport class in the week can waste more valuable time for study. The solution is the school need to have a clearly schedule for their student.

To sum up, i strongly agree with this idea for support many children, it can help they are have more active than they just study indoors.

Overall, the proportion of home owners experienced a significant decline while renters rose considerably in number of people aged 25-34 are accommodated in this period.

From 2004 to 2010, the chart showed an opposite trend between two bars. The percentage of people owning a home plummeted dramatically by around two fifths as opposed to renters with substantial climb, reaching over two in ten. Between 2004 and 2008, the proportion of home owners remained relatively stable nearly 60%, whereas renters accounted for about almost a quarter of the total

From 2009 onward, ranking of home ownership was going on to fall rapidly, below two out of five by 2014.
