- I was assigned to the F&B section at Vila Tanjung Wan. Today, some guests stay in this villa for 3 days 2 nights. My job is to set the dining table and prepare food for afternoon tea. Here, a 'welcome drink' is provided to guests. I have also learned how to make a ‘welcome drink’ to give to guests as soon as they enter the villa. Once guests are enjoying a tea break, F&B staff need to be ready to help guests fulfill their needs such as helping them use the coffee machine. We also need to make sure the food buffey is always stocked.

- Before going to the villa, I prepared cooking ingredients such as coselaw can sandwich to take to the villa Tanjung Wan.  I have been helped by En.Syukri like cutting vegetables and making sandwiches.  I was also taught how to how to cut vegetables and sandwiches well.  it is intended to avoid fingerprints on the bread.  Then, I went to the villa and prepared afternoon tea for the guests after returning from recreational activities. Among the menu available were tuna sandwiches, popia carbonara and samosa.

- After afternoon tea, we also get ready to prepare dinner for guests.  Mr. Husni prepared the dining table while me and kak nor prepared the food that was sent by the kitchen department.  The dinner menu is chinese fried rice, spaghetti, chicken barbeque, shrimp and squid barbeque, lamb barbeque, fried vegetables.

- Guests started dinner and we also treated guests like preparing coffee.  I also make sure that the food served is always available and needs to be filled if lacking.

- Mr. Husni, Kak Nor and I cleaned the dishes used by the guests and cleaned the kitchen before returning home.  Before going home, we asked the guests if they needed anything before we went home.
