         <description><![CDATA[<div>These three exercises are considered examples of anaerobic exercises.<br><br><strong><em>Isometric exercise: </em></strong>refers to exercises that allow the muscles to contract and become stronger over time. There is usually <strong>no movement: </strong>these exercises are stationary.<br><br><strong><em>Isotonic exercise:</em></strong> refers to contracting and relaxing muscles in a series of often repeated exercises. This is <strong>a little more movement </strong>through the joints of the body.<br><br><strong><em>Isokinetic exercise:</em></strong> kinetics means movement, so this type of exercise has <strong>a lot more movement than the other two</strong>. Exercises allow the muscles to contract at a constant rate and are often used in therapy to rebuild muscle strength after an injury through resistance training.<br><br><strong><em>Check out the video below for further information.</em></strong></div>]]></description>
