         <title>The Negotiation Process</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the negotiation process each party is able to present their case in front of the BON. If the parties are unable to each a settlement, then members of the board are allowed to give recommendations based on objective views such as values, damages and other costs. If a settlement can still not be reached they may apply for a hearing with the Ontario Municipal Board.</div>]]></description>
