Based in Denver, Colorado, Richard Mathew Schwartzenberger is the vice president of Alliant Insurance Services located in Greenwood Village. Since joining the insurance broker in 2018, he has developed data-driven, deterministic and stochastic methods for identifying and evaluating the strategic direction of various insurance products as it relates to limits and premiums offered by carriers versus retentions and understanding total cost of risks against the balance sheet. Richard Mathew Schwartzenberger is well-versed in mathematics, technology solutions with effective communication methods factoring in economic, and regulatory challenges involved with insurance products and alternative risk financing solutions.

Richard Schwartzenberger has more than three decades of senior leadership and board experience, with a focus on matters of strategic risk mitigation, risk modeling, and enterprise risk management. He previously served as the director of business advisory services with a regional accounting and advisory firm. He has created multiple data analytic platforms and delivered several keynote addresses. He is the author of multiple articles, including being published with “Enterprise Risk Management: Penetrating the Layers.”

Mr. Schwartzenberger studied accounting at Montana State University. He spends time researching the latest developments in data analytics and artificial intelligence. His personal interests range from learning about homeopathic alternative treatments to following the National Basketball Association.
