How could this document help support abolishing or keeping the Electoral College

This document supports the abolishing of the Electoral College because the Electoral College does not represent the entire populas an their ideals. If certain people do not win the electoral college it is a take all situation. In California if it is 30 republican to 25 democrats then the republicans get all 55 votes not representing the entire peoples ideas. Without the electoral college everyone has their opinion taken into direct consideration.
