The assessment profiles were developed by an AI Assistant Principal tool (ChatGPT) in collaboration with ISKL’s leadership team. They are designed to support professional understanding of the broad range of assessment personalities and learner profiles we encounter within an international, inclusive high school context--and how those interplay with each other.

• Some descriptions may reflect broad cultural or behavioral generalizations that, while grounded in educational research and multicultural frameworks, may unintentionally reflect stereotypes.

• Every ISKL member is a unique individual whose experiences, strengths, and growth areas must be understood through personalized relationships, culturally responsive practices, and data-driven insights.

The goal of these profiles is to expand our shared lens for understanding and supporting the many different perspectives (some contrasting) we hold about assessment--and how we can come together to best support students.

About 10 students were asked and agreed to share their experiences with assessment at ISKL. They were directed to not share specific names of teachers but rather general comments. This transcript has been edited for content, concision and clarity.
