         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>A  <br><br></mark></strong><strong>Agent: </strong>An agent is a business entity that negotiates, purchases, and/or sells<strong><br>Accounts: </strong> an account is a record in the general ledger that is used to sort and store transactions.<strong><br>Administration: </strong>the process or activity of running a business, organization, etc.<strong><br>Auditors: </strong>Auditors are accountants who must certify that the company accounts prepared and signed by the board of directors<strong><br>Arbitrage: </strong>Taking advantage of the difference in the price of a share or currency, usually in two different markets.    </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>B<br><br></mark></strong><strong>Business: </strong>an organization that operates with the intention of making a profit.<strong><br>Budget: </strong>A detailed plan with dollar amounts.<strong><br>Buy-Out: </strong>A buy-out occurs where a controlling proportion of a firm's shares are purchased by a single party<strong><br>Bankruptcy: </strong>Bankruptcy is a legal term for when a person or business cannot repay their outstanding debts.<strong><br>Bank: </strong>An establishment authorized by a government to accept deposits, pay interest.<strong><br>Brand: </strong>Unique design, sign, symbol, words, or a combination of these, employed in creating an image that identifies a product.<strong><br>Broker: </strong>The generic term used to describe an intermediary between two parties, generally a buyer and a seller.<strong><br>Business plan: </strong>A business plan is a strategic roadmap for any new or growing business or startup venture.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>C<br><br></mark></strong><strong>Central bank: </strong>The banker to the government and the other banks in a country.<strong><br>Corporation: </strong>Firm that meets certain legal requirements to be recognized as having a legal existence, as an entity separate and distinct from its owners.<strong><br>Contract: </strong>a formal agreement to do work for pay.<strong><br>Capital:</strong>Money invested in a business to generate income.<strong><br>Cash: </strong>Ready money. For accounting purposes, cash includes money in hand, petty cash, bank account balance, customer checks.<strong><br>Co-Branding: </strong>is the pairing of two manufacturer’s brand names on a single product or service.<strong><br>Comission: </strong>is the compensation paid to the person or entity based on the sale of a product; commonly calculated on a percentage basis.<strong><br>Cost of sales: </strong>are sales made in cash, or with credit cards, or by check.<strong><br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>E<br></mark></strong><strong><br>Entrepeneur: </strong>someone who organizes, manages and takes on the risk of starting a new business.<br><strong>Expense: </strong>money spent on supplies, equipment or other investments.<strong><br>Equity: </strong>an be calculated as the difference between assets and liabilities.<strong><br>Earnings: </strong>Also called income or profits, earnings are the famous “bottom line”: sales less costs of sales and expenses.<strong><br>Economies of scale:</strong> It refers to the benefit that larger production volumes allow fixed costs to be spread over more units lowering the average unit costs and offering a competitive price and margin advantage.<br><br></div>]]></description>
