Complaints from students regarding peers are frequent, primarily centered around physical interactions such as hitting and pushing, as well as issues of property misuse (e.g., taking items without permission). These behaviours not only disrupt learning but also raise safety concerns.</p><p><strong>Issues:</strong></p><p>1.<strong>Frequent Complaints:</strong> Regular incidents of hitting, pushing, and property theft.</p><p>2.<strong>Disruption During Activities:</strong> Certain students frequently leave their seats, talk out of turn, and wander around during seat work &amp; group activities, disruptive to lessons.</p><p>3.<strong>Engagement Challenges:</strong> A subset of students exhibits disengagement, characterized by fidgeting and chatting with their neighbours.</p><p>4.<strong>Physical Conflicts:</strong> Instances of physical altercations often come to the teacher's attention only after they have occurred.</p>]]></description>
