- Visitors from all over the world. The event is important for visitors, because the visitors pay for the event and with their money they can organise more events. 

- DJ’s. The visitors are coming for their music. The event is important for the DJ’s, because they get a lot of publicity and can perform for a big crowd. 

- Security, because safety is very important at such a big event. 

- Medical people, because if there is an accident people need help. 

- Event control centre, because they can communicate with all the employees and can monitor safety, the crowd, the weather and drugs. 

Meso trends: 

-  Co-creation: the changing relationship between supply and demand. As a result of technological advancements and the emergence of new media, it has become easier for consumers and producers to enter into dialogue with each other. Consumers are becoming ‘prosumers’ and are starting to work together with suppliers.

  - ‘Making the world a better place’: the types of events that go with this principle are large-scale events with an international character, seeking attention for social/societal, political-economic and/or ecological problems occurring on a global scale. 

 

Macro trends: 

- The experience concept is exploited excessively: today’s event visitors want more in a smaller amount of time, and for this they are willing to open up their wallets. 

- The focus of products and services has shifted from the temporary flow experience towards the lasting optimization of the leisure user’s contentment with life. The growth of convent tourism can also be explained by people’s growing need for spiritual healing and purpose in life. 

Private stakeholders

-       Security companies. These are very important because security is the most important thing during a festival. There should not be any options for an emergency to happen. Everybody has to feel safe and be safe during the festival, to ensure the joy during the festival.

-       Food trucks and beverage. Everybody at the festival has to be able to get drinks and get food in order to give them a nice experience.

 

Public stakeholders

-       Municipality. The municipality has to allow the event to happen. They have to make sure there is not too much trouble about the loud music for the people who live close to the event.

-       Public traffic. There have to be enough ways to get to an event. It has to be possible to get there by car, by train, by bus, by airplane. And all these methods of traffic have to be arranged in order to give the people who go to an event a nice atmosphere. 

-       There has to be ‘duane’, there has to be a control for alcoholic drinks and drugs in order to get in the location of the festival in order to provide everybody’s safety.
