Tonight's meeting was very impactful for me. I enjoyed the slide about intent vs impact which refers to the difference between what we intend to communicate and how it is received by others. Even with good intentions, the impact of our words can be misunderstood. I have to be more intentional when speaking, because it helps to convey a clear message.
