Mont Blanc is a traditional dessert from France and Italy, made primarily with meringue and chestnuts (chestnut paste). It is named after the Mont Blanc mountain, as its shape resembles the snow-capped peak of the mountain.

The main ingredients consist of a sweet cream made from ground chestnuts and crispy meringue. The typical preparation involves layering meringue at the bottom and topping it with chestnut cream. Sometimes, whipped cream or other decorative ingredients are added for garnish.

A key characteristic is that it is often enjoyed during the winter, making it a dessert that pairs well with cold weather

The tower is 330 metres (1,083 ft) tall,[9] about the same height as an 81-storey building, and the tallest structure in Paris. Its base is square, measuring 125 metres (410 ft) on each side. During its construction, the Eiffel Tower surpassed the Washington Monument to become the tallest human-made structure in the world, a title it held for 41 years until the Chrysler Building in New York City was finished in 1930. It was the first structure in the world to surpass both the 200 meters and 300 meters mark in height. Due to the addition of a broadcasting aerial at the top of the tower in 1957, it is now taller than the Chrysler Building by 5.2 metres (17 ft). Excluding transmitters, the Eiffel Tower is the second tallest free-standing structure in France after the Millau Viaduct.

The tower has three levels for visitors, with restaurants on the first and second levels. The top level's upper platform is 276 m (906 ft) above the ground—the highest observation deck accessible to the public in the European Union. Tickets can be purchased to ascend by stairs or lift to the first and second levels. The climb from ground level to the first level is over 300 steps, as is the climb from the first level to the second, making the entire ascent a 600-step climb. Although there is a staircase to the top level, it is usually accessible only by lift. On this top, third level is a private apartment built for Gustave Eiffel's personal use. He decorated it with furniture by Jean Lachaise and invited friends such as Thomas Edison.

Every year, Michelin Guide reviews restaurants from all over France and major cities abroad to give stars to excellent restaurants based on cuisine, atmosphere, and service, and even if you get only one star, the restaurant will soon gain the reputation of a famous restaurant. If you give it to three stars, you will think of it as the best restaurant in both name and reality. Three stars symbolize the best food and pray for it, but it also guarantees business success. The Michelin Guide, which has been developed by updating information every year, began to give stars that symbolize gastronomy in 1926.

Pâtissier makes bread like cake which is not fermented. Also, in France, the baker who is man is called pâtissier. But the baker who is woman is called pâtissiere. So, when we say pâtissier in France, it Indicates man baker.

Mont-Saint-Michel is a small island and town located near the coast of Manche in the Normandy region of northwestern France. “Mont” means “mountain” in French, and “Saint Michel” refers to Saint Michael the Archangel. According to legend, Saint Aubert, the Bishop of Avranches, had a dream in which the Archangel Michael appeared to him three times and commanded him to “build a sanctuary on the sea.” As a result, Mont-Saint-Michel was created.

The Mont-Saint-Michel monastery reaches a height of up to 80 meters and was built in the Gothic architectural style. The sea surrounding the island has extreme tidal variations, which helped defend it from English attacks throughout the Hundred Years’ War.

Thus, Mont-Saint-Michel is not only visually beautiful but also has great significance in French history and architecture.

The croissant is a buttery, crescent-shaped pastry that is one of the most iconic symbols of French cuisine. Made with layers of yeast-leavened dough and butter, the dough is repeatedly folded and rolled to create a light, flaky texture through a process known as lamination. This technique is what gives the croissant its signature airy interior and crisp, golden crust.

Although often associated with France, the origins of the croissant actually trace back to Austria, where a similar pastry called the kipferl was made. It was introduced to France in the 17th or 18th century and later evolved into the croissant as we know it today, especially after the development of French baking techniques.
