i will set the boundary of when you can contact me. i will not be on call for your child. One win I will celebrate is if I made it through the day without getting overly frusturated. I will celebrate student growth by presenting it to the class by how people can grow if they work hard.

1) One boundary I will set is contracts hours in which I reply to parents and emails. I will regularly celebrate making it to the end of the day and getting to be grateful that tomorrow is a new day! I will celebrate student growth with compliments and recognition.

2) Systemic because society does not value educators as educators more so as a place to drop their kids off for 8 hours.

I will not do work on Friday nights or Saturdays and when possible, Sundays. One win I will celebrate regularly is getting my copies printed in advance. One way I will celebrate student growth is using a "class fridge" to hang up students' hard work.

One way I would celebrate student growth in the classroom is displaying student work and allowing students opportunities to show their work with peers. This gives them a chance to share something they are proud of.

One boundary that I would like to set will be not overworking myself. One win for me is when a certain student is on task. I will celebrate student growth by showing them how well they have learned by bringing up past struggles and how they have learned to overcome it.

small wins: praise throughout the day, especially to the students who would usually need more redirection as well as students who are more consistent following expectations
posting student work around the classroom, on the door, and in the halls

Boundary: Having specific times to email parents.

Celebrate: I will celebrate my ability to regulate my emotions when I get frustrated, helping students do the same in the process!

Student growth: I also like the idea of the "class fridge" idea!
