I tried to use a symmetrical balance so it doesnt look heavily weighted on either side. I think I did good with the construction except for how I accidentally made a little scratch when shaping it. This type of flower is very poisonious and smells like rotting flesh. This flower is also a parasitic flower meaning it attaches to other plants or trees and drains the nutrients out of them which kills the tree. I used texture to try and make the accurate spots that cover the petals of this flower. I used balance to attempt at making it symmetrical but it didn't work put as well as I would have hoped. I felt I used creativity good by coming up with this solution and making a creative and interesting ring. I felt I did the design good with changing it so it didn’t cover the design. The ring was a size smaller than what I wanted but I still like it a lot. I feel like the craftsmanship and construction was good but not the best one of the fish and star melted and the stuff left over from the fire was not all removed because it was hard to reach it and the connection of the ring was opened when it hit it so it went through the gap and there was a bit I missed on the top of it. It functional overall but runs a bit small on my finger so not

It could be god if you believe in one or friends and family. It could even be yourself. My domintant priciples of design are Balance, Pattern, and Emphasis. My balance is very symmetrical with the whole piece. My pattern is that is uses the same brass pieces and drilled hole on the band of the ring. Lastly, the Emphasis is obviously the stone in the center of the piece. It's the most dominant and it's the largest thing on the ring. My strength was craftsmanship because I feel that this is the best looking piece I've done. I think I could've done better with creativity because this piece is very similar to my last and I could've added some textures.

The onyx represents the strength and the two metals in a circle create the idea of protection and support. I use movement by overlapping the metals and balance as both pieces are symmetrical. Emphasis is another principal i used because the Onyx stands out. It is the first thing you see on the one ring. My strength was functionality because my rings are wearable and functional.
