In a roller coaster, centripetal occurs in the loop, when the force is pulling you towards the center of the loop. Centrifugal is when you are being pushed in an outwards direction. In roller coasters centrifugal occurs when the force in pulling you outwards in the loop.</p>]]></description>

Potential and kinetic energy helps the coaster get through the rest of the track. The higher the first drop the more potential energy it will have. Once the cart starts to go down the drop,  the potential energy turns into kinetic energy. And then the  kinetic energy moves the cart through the rest of the track</strong></p>]]></description>
