         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are many solutions to help our body from overcoming of physical exercise. Exercise makes muscles weaker, but it also improves energy levels. Being active even helps boost your blood flow. Sometimes motivation helps someone to be more committed to exercising with their friend or on their own. In addition, the solution is to start with low intensity and then into more intense exercise. Working out does not need to be one hour or more. There are some effective workouts to implement in our daily life, only for five minutes. First of all, walking is most common for busy people with work and do not have time for the gym. For example, doctors are always busy, but they do run around the hospitals helping their patients. Secondly, push-ups are always mentioned by a trainer when finishing warmups. Last, an interval workout helps with burning calories to lose weight. In addition, it is a machine that helps with choosing the speed on how fast or slow you need.</div>]]></description>
