         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've read all but chapter 1 and the assigned instructional materials. I guess - per the recommendation - &nbsp;<br><br>As you read, capture each observation or insight in a few words on a sticky note. Organize your observations into themes on a wall, post your clusters of observations on the virtual sticky note board for your team to review. As a team, go through a round of synthesis that incorporates the observations of each team member .&nbsp;<br><br>we can start putting our thoughts here. ?? Let me know - as this is new to me and I can only presume everyone else - just want to make sure we figure out the easiest and most efficient way to communicate -&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
