         <description><![CDATA[<div>According to the Vegan Society website the definition is "Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose." Typically, someone who has decided to take on the vegan lifestyle doesn't eat or drink any animal products. These products include milk, eggs, butter, meat, honey, and gelatin. Not only do these people cut these products out of their diet but they also use cruelty free products. They don't wear real fur or use make up that has been tested on animals. Veganism isn't only a animal free diet. But it is a lifestyle. </div>]]></description>

But something always came up to where I had to take a break from it. This type of lifestyle has made me feel healthier and happier. It makes you realize how important the food you eat is. It makes you very conscious of what goes into your mouth. It changes the way you look at the world. It also introduces you to a whole new community. I encourage everyone to try this lifestyle for at least one week. </div>]]></description>
