         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. My main concern is controlling all the different students in the classroom, especially those with personal plans.<br><br>2. A strategy that my mentor uses is he uses their names as well as has a saying and a bell that gathers the attention of the whole class.&nbsp;<br><br>3. I will ensure to know majority of the students names so that I am able to gather the attention by acknowledging those doing the right thing and those who might not be. </div>]]></description>
