         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is actually a question that I have wondered myself.  I think that the only way to do this is to put up a firewall and make sure to use something along the lines as net nanny or some sort of monitoring.  I still feel like children will go to different allowed websites but it can definitely cut down on it. </div>]]></description>
