Evidence- Videos of discussions, setting targets for the session or the rehearsal where you are clearly involved in the discussions and decision making.

Under the videos you should give a short description of what is in this video and the positive input you had on the rehearsals.

Evidence- Videos of rehearsals, you may wish to write a mini evaluation after the rehearsals to state if you are on track or if you need any extra rehearsals. In the videos the needs to be evidence of you hoping to create the material.

This could also include any job role such as directing, sorting costume, tech, set, props, video, music, projection, choreography. Or any other elements you did for the final performance, this is also how well you do in the tech rehearsals and if you are prepared for this.

Ways to film-

• On a phone, capturing you delivering the presentation on a screen.

• Use the recording functions on a PowerPoint presentation

• Record a voice over whilst delivering the presentation

Once you have recorded this you need to send it via teams (you may need to upload to YouTube first.) Your group will also need to access this footage.

After the pitch, your group will need to meet with James and discuss
