Communication is a two way process between multiple parties which occurs throughout the research process. This occurs between the research, organisation, personnels, stakeholders and interviewers. The role of the researcher is to provide them with guidance and direction whilst they in turn communicate with the respondents and provide feedback. Based on the researcher’s conclusion or understanding of the problem and requirements, a proposal is submitted which clearly communicates the needs and plans for the study. The research proposal is also used ad a communication tool. It is a written statement of the research design (Zikmund, Babin, Carr, & Griffin, 2009, p. 124) which is used to address a specific problem. It allows the researcher to think critically about the research and communicate clearly and succinctly “what, why, how, where, and to whom the research will be done” (Cooper & Schindler, 2014, p. 591). After the study is completed a research report is constructed. The research report is a “written statement whose purpose is to communicate research results, strategic recommendations, and/or other conclusions to management or other specific audiences” (Zikmund, Babin, Carr, & Griffin, 2009, p. 611). Thereafter, an oral presentation of the findings of a study is done for the audience
