This is further strengthened by intentional training and tech support to help staff and students transit to online platforms. Open mindset of staff also helped. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>IP:</strong> We learn from 2 schools' good practices and tap on 2 pools of T&amp;L resources. Our staff strength was above quota so we had the manpower to see through the merging, consolidation, and reviewing of curriculum plans, T&amp;L resources, question banks, etc. Through the process, we have a newer product that is the essence of what is best of both worlds. The review process was powerful because we cover each other's blind spots and through the process, eg "why did SR/AJ do that?", we get to clarify our strategies, thought-process, and belief system. </p>]]></description>

In the long run it paid off because we got stronger based on best of both worlds, but the trade off is that IP meetings were used mainly for this kind of work rather than pedagogical innovation and review based on our 'new' profile of students.
