Nearly five years ago, my dad became terminally ill and eventually passed away far too young. 

Through my experience of  navigating grief while aiming to thrive in my career, I learned how critical mental health management (or lack thereof) was to workplace performance and team dynamics. 

Earning the I/O Generalist Certificate will allow me to pivot career paths where I can focus my energy full-time on helping others attain a quality work life.
