         <description><![CDATA[<div>The person who grades us (manager) isn't the one who literally observe us whilst working out. The judge by the fellow NC's input. On occasions the NC who dislike the staff tend to pass a negative feedback on the staff and she is rated badly. This has been seen. Very obviously. Adding to that, the also note the number of compliments receives in the feedback form. Logically, who goes around seeking feedback? </div>]]></description>

BUT is there any project to upgrade nurses? Nurses serve diet which was done by HA before . Nurses to serve tea break to patients which is HA's job scope. Nurses to clean medication trolley, Baxter, etc which is suppose to be cleaner's responsibility. </div>]]></description>

E.g.: if you want an AL only on Thursday&amp;Friday , u r required to book the whole 5days (Monday to Friday) which equals to 5 ALs just for that 2days. Because you are not allowed to customised your AL. Must book week by week. </div>]]></description>
