This video showcases different kids that explained the struggle that happened in school and what they went through. They explain what is going on in their head. I think it interesting how it goes into different depths than some of the articles, it was more raw because it came from kids themselves and how they see themselves.

3 Things I want to do in my classroom!

1. I would encourage my gifted student(s) to be a support for myself in the classroom. Using them to help my lower kids, help me teach a lesson, just being a good helper for myself. It will give them a challenge to keep suceeding.
2. I would do my best to make a different assignment or activity to have the gifted child look forward to make the child challenged after grasping a subject. If need be I would like them to join a higher grade level for subjects.
3.Involve the parents as much as possible, ask what their expectations are for you and the student throughout the year. If the student needs extra help or activities I would want the parents to do some at home as well as keep them involved with the students gains and actvities at school.
